Seed.co
Seed is an AI-powered website builder concept that transforms natural language into production-ready websites. I designed the experience around a simple idea: let users describe what they want to build, then help them generate, refine, and publish websites through an intuitive AI-assisted workflow instead of a traditional website builder.

Problem Statement
Creating a website has become easier, but not necessarily simpler.
Most website builders still expect users to think in pages, layouts, sections, components, and design systems before they can even express their idea.
Whether you're launching a startup, building a portfolio, or validating a product, the creative process often begins with configuration instead of momentum.
Questions
Why should users start with layouts instead of ideas?
Can AI generate meaningful website structures from plain language?
How do we reduce decision fatigue without limiting creativity?
What makes an AI builder feel collaborative rather than automated?
How can users stay in control while AI accelerates the process?

Defining Problem Statement
People don't want to design websites. They want to launch ideas. Instead of asking users to think like designers, Seed translates natural language into structured website experiences while keeping refinement effortless.
Research
Before exploring layouts or visual styles, I studied how modern creators approach website creation across AI builders and traditional no-code platforms.
The biggest friction wasn't designing interfaces—it was translating an idea into a structured website.
Most products required users to make dozens of design decisions before they had anything tangible to iterate on.
The opportunity became designing for momentum instead of configuration.

People don't struggle to imagine websites.
They struggle to transform abstract ideas into structured experiences.
The faster users can see something real, the faster creativity begins.
Opportunity mapping
After analysing how users moved from idea to launch, I mapped every interaction where unnecessary decisions interrupted momentum.
Instead of designing around pages and components, I prioritised moments that accelerate progress while keeping users in control of every output.
Every feature was evaluated using two principles.
Design system
Seed combines AI interactions, templates, editing tools, and publishing workflows into a single experience.
A shared design system ensures every screen feels consistent—from prompting and generation to editing and publishing.
The system focuses on clarity, scalability, and flexibility, making future product expansion effortless without redesigning existing experiences.
